Our client is a leading, global investor in the secondary private equity market. They provide liquidity to a number of LPs from the buyout, mezzanine, venture capital and real estate funds as well as exit opportunities for GPs. They are keen to bring onboard a top calibre Investor Relations Associate or Senior Associate to join their established London team.
As an integral member of the investor relations team, you will share responsibility in servicing the existing and prospective investor base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

They provide liquidity to a number of LPs from the buyout, mezzanine, venture capital and real estate funds as well as exit opportunities for GPs. They are keen to bring onboard a top calibre Investor Relations Associate or Senior Associate to join their established London team.
As an integral member of the investor relations team, you will share responsibility in servicing the existing and prospective investor base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver effective investor relations services for the fund's global investor base and support current and future fundraisings
- Assist in the production of due diligence and other fundraising materials
- Plan, prepare and deliver internal and external presentations and information for key events: AGMs, Advisory Board meetings etc
- Work closely with the Investor Relations Manager and other team members to assist in the production of quarterly reports, webcasts, LP meeting materials and other ad hoc materials
- Manage the IR inbox ensuring all general and technical queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Accountants from lead advisors keen to transition to investor relations OR a background in investor relations from within private markets or experience within private placement
- Technically minded and comfortable understanding financial / performance terminology
- CFA / ACCA / ACA or other similar qualifications would be highly desirable
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong project management skills
- Proficient command of English and demonstrable ability to transform financial performance details into investor-friendly messages
- An additional European language would be well-regarded though not a prerequisite
