- Looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the UK or EMEA market, who has strong proficiency at Microsoft Excel including building and amending cash flow models.
- CFA is desirable but not essential

Description
- Building financial models from scratch for new investments & funds.
- Originating, screening, and analysing deal flow and investment strategies across the UK commercial, residential and alternative property sectors.
- Maintaining and growing relationships with agents and other sources of deal flow.
- Undertaking due diligence on new investments including sector and wider market evaluation.
- Negotiating new investments and overseeing all aspects of due diligence to closing.
- Production of clear and articulate marketing material such as short form teasers and detailed
- investment presentations required for both investor and board reporting.
