Our client is a well-established investment management business, managing assets for a range of institutional and private clients. They seek a highly motivated analyst to join their team, focused on Fund of Hedge Funds. (FoHF).

Key responsibilities:

Research Analysis
  • Work and support senior members of the team to review existing and potential funds
  • Complete quantitative analysis to measure and monitor performance, risk and style of funds.
  • Prepare relevant reports, attend manager due diligence meetings, and update the database with the findings.
  • Analyse funds from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective.

Implementation/Trade Management
  • Support the Investment Team with implementing investment decisions, liaising directly with the operations team to ensure these trades are processed quickly and accurately.
  • Contribute to portfolio analysis to consider appropriate position sizing, client risk tolerance and current positioning.
  • Assist in oversight of positions in client portfolios to ensure maximum value creation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and passion for investment management in a collegiate team of skilled professionals.

You will have gained experience within a middle office, operations, investment support capacity of a fund manager or hedge fund and can demonstrate a high level of numeracy. You will have a degree in finance, economics or mathematics. You will be encouraged to complete the CFA.
