Recognising the ongoing Regulatory and potential Internal Change agenda, the understanding of any Client relationship impact and the subsequent Outreach and Transition management is a fundamental business consideration. At all times, ensuring all relationships are clear on the change, the potential impact and steps the organisation is taking to ensure a positive and efficient client experience.

This role is to support Head of Client Data Quality and Off-boarding with the build-out of a MI / BI workstream, with the responsibility for all planning and execution of the related activities across the required business lines.

  • Main point of contact for MI relating to Client Lifecycle Management incl. Onboarding, KYC, Offboarding
  • Play a key role in the development of the roadmap for the data platform and reporting solutions
  • Act as key curator of data within CMS, responsible for the processes of collection, governance, storage, security and accessibility of all of our data, from raw data through to transformed business-facing data.
  • Strong ability to monitor and operate the MI Framework; deliver automated reporting using data mining tools based upon in-depth understanding of both user requirements and the strategic direction of the business.
  • Responsible for data visualization and reporting, providing interactive dashboards and reports to help strategic decision making.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of management information; take ownership of and ensure an accurate, robust and timely production of MI published to a variety of senior groups.
  • Status reporting across multiple business lines and functions within the organisation
  • Maintain good level of data knowledge / root cause analysis, passing on that understanding to key stakeholders to assist in overall business growth and development.
  • Identify data quality issues and support the data governance initiative by developing exception reports.
  • Develop a good understanding of Bank & Securities Systems including querying Systems where required.
  • Identification of key dependencies, stakeholder engagement through to resolution


  • One or more of the following is essential :
    • 5 years + in Front Office (1LoD) management environment
    • 3 years + Strong MI / BI experience with a proven track record of delivery

  • Previous experience within a top tier financial institution preferable, but not essential


Functional / Technical Competencies:

  • Strong Data SME background with a good understanding of Client Data and how it impacts the Client Experience.
  • Tangible experience working on MI or BI projects within a complex organizational structure, with the ability to demonstrate successful outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Data Visualisation Tools (PowerBI preferred, Qlikview, Tableau, Salesforce Wave).
  • Strong Data Mapping skills, knowledge of Data Warehousing Concepts, Logical Modelling Skills
  • Strong Business Analyst skills including process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder management.
  • Hands on Advanced Excel skills and track record of successful data management initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable managing senior business stakeholders.
  • Broad knowledge of investment and corporate banking products and services and how they impact or support clients across sectors / regions
  • Strong leadership and demonstrates initiative especially in a matrix organization
  • Excellent multitasking skills and task management strategies
  • Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel (data manipulation, lookups, pivot tables, macros) and Powerpoint (Clear, concise, well formatted reporting).
  • Excellent Attention to detail.

Education / Qualifications:

  • Degree level education in relevant subject (e.g. finance, maths, physics etc.)
  • Other beneficial qualifications (e.g. MBA, CFA, etc.)
