Who we're looking for
The Schroders CRM Team is part of the Client Insights Unit (CIU), which compromises a number of teams focused on enabling client facing teams to make data guided decisions through a connected ecosystem of people, process and technologies.

Schroders set up a CRM Centre of Excellence in 2017, to drive CRM and Sales Effectiveness across the firm, as defined by the Target Operating Model for Schroders' CRM ecosystem. The CRM CoE is lead by a Head of CRM, with Regional Managers and local/regional CRM Business Analysts representing regional requirements and driving global co-ordination.

This role is for a CRM Business Analyst to work in that team, reporting to Head of CRM. The BA will undertake analysis and provide implementation support for business and technical change within the global Distribution division.

The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The team
The CRM BA will report to the Head of CRM and will work closely with the other CIU teams including Data Science and Business Intelligence as well as with business and technology stakeholders.

What you'll do
Business Analysis: Working within an enterprise agile change framework, we work with a team of developers and technical Business Analysts to:
• Illicit business requirements from stakeholders e.g. through targeted engagement or workshops
• Interpret business requirements to produce analysis for the Regional and Global Sales, Client Service and Marketing teams
• Provide business analysis to ensure effective delivery (as measured by time, cost and quality) of the allocated Sprint items:
o Impact assessment of changes
o Analysis and documentation of requirements as user stories
o Identification and analysis of solutions
o Design and management of the implementation of process and organisational changes
• Work with CRM technology team to write business specifications (user stories) for CRM processes
General Responsibilities
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with CIU technology and production support teams
• Support global co-ordination of functional and business requirements
• Actively seek to drive globally effective processes to drive efficient and effective working practices across Distribution and the firm
• Deliver training to users on new and existing business processes and functionality

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
• Excellent communication skills; able to drive change effectively across a range of stakeholder groups at various levels of the organisation
• Excellent attention to detail; consistency across written materials and reporting is key
• Good working knowledge of Salesforce (demonstrable through Trailhead/certification/badges) or similar CRM system
• Good experience and knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related applications
• Previous experience of delivering business change to multiple stakeholder groups with different needs and ways of working
• Ability to work as part of a team in a multi-discipline environment and in a matrix organisation
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple pieces of work at the same time in an often fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Agile project management framework preferred

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
• Previous experience of working in asset management / financial services environment and the types of business processes executed by a distribution function
• Previous experience of working with distribution data e.g. AUM, Flows and Holdings
