Our client is one of the world's premier growth and buyout investors. As the group continues to grow its team in London, we are now helping them to find a financing-focused analyst to join the group. The role will be broad, covering the financing process for new deals and capital markets needs within the existing portfolio. You will work closely with both members of the investment team and with senior members of the management teams of the portfolio companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role will be broad, covering the financing process for new deals and capital markets needs within the existing portfolio. You will work closely with both members of the investment team and with senior members of the management teams of the portfolio companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in evaluating and optimising capital structure for both new investments and existing portfolio companies
- Coordinate financing due diligence processes with investment deal teams
- Maintain internal database of banking relationships, transaction history and portfolio company capital structures
- Proactively monitor existing portfolio performance against current and projected covenant compliance
- You should have Analyst level experience from either Leveraged finance, debt advisory or private credit
- Experience with private equity sponsored transactions with particular focus on leveraged finance a plus
- Fluency is French is significantly additive, but not essential
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Detail oriented and highly organised - able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and transact across different timetables
