Senior Python Developer - Financial Services

The main mission: building a Python framework for portfolio management and research

Responsibilities

- This role requires a hands-on analytical developer with a significant amount of Python experience.

- Exposure and have worked in SQL server.

- Exposure to working in a research team or quant team with financial data

- Someone who has exposure working in front office area would be a bonus

- Exposure to machine learning NLP - bonus/nice to have

- solid python, exposed to finance, research, financial data, SQL server systems, solid application, and system design, and a good understanding of budling data pipelines in python.

- You will be building a python framework for portfolio managers and research.

- Good system design and application development

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good problem-solving abilities. There will be daily interaction with the portfolio managers as well as engineers on the team

Location : London

Salary: £ Permanent + Bonus
