The Business Analyst will be articulate with excellent attention to detail with the ability to think strategically to solve business problems and the ability to explain technical detail to business facing stakeholders and business change detail to technical facing stakeholders.

Personal Approach & Touchpoints - The Business Analyst will work closely and continuously with one of Synechron's experienced and friendly Account Director's through regular one to one's and wider team meetings.
Interviews - A succinct interview process assessing skills, capability and fit with the Synechron Account Manager and the client.
Partnership Approach - Synechron's experts build great relationships through top-level expert knowledge and insights and truly partner with our clients and we're not just seen as mere suppliers.

The Business Analyst will be articulate with excellent attention to detail with the ability to think strategically to solve business problems and the ability to explain technical detail to business facing stakeholders and business change detail to technical facing stakeholders.
The Business Analyst will be required to possess the following skills/experience:
- Knowledge of Company reference and financial data plus an understanding of sustainable investment data and investment strategies such as ESG
- Strong experience in Data Analysis, Modelling, Domain Specification/Design/Mapping, Data Transformation including Business Transformation
- Excellent understanding of how data is sourced, collected, transformed, validated, managed, used, presented, maintained, governed and controlled within a data centric organisation.
- Business Analyst must be able to utilise SQL to query database tables and GraphQL as required.
