Director/VP - Main duties & responsibilities:
  • Take primary responsibility for deal execution, maintaining investor and company client relations during the deal execution period, building product-specific expertise, initiating new investor relationships and helping expand the private placement franchise both internally and externally with institutional investors:
  • Marketing private equity transactions;
  • Preparing and delivering presentations;
  • Performing extensive financial and strategic analyses;
  • Supervising and developing Associate and Analyst level bankers; and
  • Playing a key leadership role in the transaction execution process.

Director/VP - Qualifications & experience:

The position will appeal to individuals who seek to work in a demanding and rewarding team environment. To succeed, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate:
  • Significant transaction experience in an investment bank, venture capital firm, or in a consulting firm (minimum 6 years);
  • Good client relationship management;
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills;
  • Advanced negotiation skills;
  • High energy; and
  • An interest or expertise in the technology sector is preferred

Associate/Analyst - Main duties & responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of private capital raise projects across all industries;
  • Prepare marketing presentations, term sheets, and other deal documentation;
  • Assist senior team members in evaluating potential opportunities by carrying out private market research, potential investor analysis and market mapping;
  • Work directly with senior professionals and be involved in all aspects of transactions across a variety of sectors; and
  • Conduct market research and industry review projects across sectors.

Associate/Analyst - Qualifications & experience:
  • Strong quantitative skills; Microsoft Excel modelling experience required;
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to work as part of a team;
  • Approximately 3 years' experience as a member of a capital markets, M&A or related group at an investment bank, accountancy firm or similar institution;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and oral);
  • Ability and willingness to interact daily with deal team members across a wide array of internal teams;
  • Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.; and
  • The candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and must be able to work independently, across a variety of responsibilities and at a fast pace.
