You will have lead IR/CR/production responsibility for flagship pan-European, balanced, open-ended core fund
Working alongside the generalist sales team, you'll champion your fund and articulate it's investment strategy to prospective LPs
You'll utilise your blend of hard & soft skills, be a relationship-builder with technical real estate understanding and market knowledge
In addition, you'll be the Investor Relations point of contact for c. 50 existing institutional investors in the fund.

• Reports to the Head of Client Portfolio Management
• Sits within the Investment team
• Very busy role, proactive and reactive, answering questions, responding to RFP, RFIs, DD queries, co-ordinating reporting and building and maintaining relationships
• Multiple touchpoints in the business, close communications with sales team and fund team, hands-on in responding to investor requests, joining prospective LP meetings to talk about the fund and organising events
• You'll play a significant role in pitches and client meetings, attend conferences and networking events etc.
• The role will require you to liaise with several internal stakeholders to deliver information, responses, updates, market intelligence and events for investors
• Active involvement in production of materials for fund presentations
• 60-70% of focus on existing LP relationships, 30-40% on new relationships
Requirements
• 4 to 8 years' real estate experience gained in private funds environment
• Good relevant degree
• Preference for ACA, CFA, Master's or MBA
• Diligent and organised, able to juggle and manage workload
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Additional languages an advantage
• Must have good technical RE knowledge
• High EQ, collaborative approach, driven and organised
• Ideally will have a RE investment background
• Confidence and credibility, ability to manage upwards
