THE ROLE
The European Equity Portfolio Strategy team is looking for a Team Administrative Assistant to join the team in London. In this role, you will be supporting the head of Macro Research in Europe, as well as the broader team, with a variety of support and administrative duties.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative support for Managing Directors and a team of strategists
  • Manage heavy scheduling, internal and external conferences, webcasts and other events
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Keep a track and record client engagement activities of the team members
  • Relay information and perform tasks in a timely manner
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Process travel & entertainment expense reports in accordance with firm guidelines
  • Handle onboarding logistics for new hires and transfers
  • Assist in coordinating internal visitors' logistics
  • Take on ad-hoc projects while maintaining daily work flow and general administrative support
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years or experience as an administrative assistant supporting a senior level executives and/ or large team
  • Experience at financial services firm is preferable
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks with the flexibility to change focus quickly as demands change /multitask
