The Investment Specialist team is at the hub of the firm's operations and is a key 'high impact' driver in its fundraising activities. Working very closely with the investment teams and key operational functions (such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Middle Office and Client Services) you will play a key supporting role in fundraising for new fund launches, with a particular focus on private debt, real estate and private equity, utilising your specialist knowledge and analytical and presentation skills to assist the marketing process. Mission
The Investment Specialist team is at the hub of the firm's operations and is a key 'high impact' driver in its fundraising activities. Duties include:
- Support the development, delivery and reporting of fund projects across TKO's different investment strategies;
- Create associated marketing collateral: pitchbooks, PPMs, standard DDQs etc;
- Respond to RFPs and DDQs and ad hoc investor requests for further information:
- Undertake market, product and other internal and external analysis as required to add value to business development and fundraising;
- Understand and utilize Digital Transformation capabilities and tools to maximize efficiency in the delivery of ISG outputs.
Profile
- University degree (and possibly postgraduate qualification) in a field relevant to asset management
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and conceptual, with excellent verbal and written presentation skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel/VBA and Powerpoint. Knowledge of data platforms such as Pitchbook/Preqin etc. would be useful
- Likely to have completed at least one finance-related internship
- Active interest in investing, commerce, sustainability, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Collaborative attitude and ability to build relationships across diverse activities and cultures, internally and externally
