The client is a global business, with offices in London, Geneva, Dubai and New York and are active in fixed income, equities, structured products, hedge funds, real estate, private debt and private equity, their primary markets are UK, EMEA, USA but also look at other geographies opportunistically.
They are looking to grow their FA team and increase the level of analysis the team does to work more closely with the deal team and provide more insight to both internal clients and the EXCO and also external investors.
They are based in South Kensington and prefer full time in the office but are flexible here, a competitive salary and bonus potential are on offer (dependent on current experience and qualification).
We are seeking an (ideally) qualified accountant with post qualified experience in one of the above asset classes, a challenge mindset, a keen eye for detail and someone who wants to make the role their own.

Responsibilities include:
1- Support Finance aspects of onboarding new investments in Real Estate, Private Equity and Private Debt
2- Cross-firm collaboration, including with deal teams in the UK, US and Europe
3- Establishing a strong platform for challenge through understanding the products
4- Cash Flow management
5- Administrator liaison
6- SPVs Financial Control, including investor capital contributions and distributions, fees, loans and deal valuations
7- Oversight of the outsourced accounting function for the SPVs under your responsibility
8- Quarterly investor analysis and reporting
9- Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS accounting
10- Audit and Tax liaison
