Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Preparation and confirmation of financial models for potential investment opportunities
- Participate in the origination of Investments.
- Preparation IC memos.
- Coordination of due diligence efforts.
- Serve as a resource to Acquisitions Team
- Build relationships with clients/investors and act as an ambassador for the brand
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Investment Banking experience performing Real Estate-related M&A OR 1 - 2 years of experience with a Real Estate Private Equity fund.
- Bachelor's Degree in a finance related degree.
- Highly skilled with financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills (there will be a modelling test).
- Excellent work ethic.
