Our client is successful and high growth FinTech Investment Platform, with a focus on private equity funds. They have created a new role for a Digital Marketing & SEO Manager. Key responsibilities are; work with the CMO to develop our client's digital footprint, help project manage the re-launch of their websites, develop SEO strategies and search campaigns (paid and organic), support the acquisition of marketing qualified leads by driving targeted organic search visits, work closely with the SEO agency to implement recommendations and review performance, project manage the successful delivery of SEO initiatives, monitor key metrics, review and evolve keywords and keep optimising campaigns, test and roll out new best practice strategies, audit and optimise to ensure SEO best practice, conduct competitor and keyword gap analysis, stay on top of new trends, techniques and best practice and work closely with colleagues in UX and UI design and content to help them integrate SEO best practice in their processes. The successful candidate will be a self starter and passionate about digital marketing and new media. They will possess; proven SEO experience, strong on-page and technical SEO analytical skills, familiarity with CMS, HTML, CSS, javascript, screaming frog, google search console and keyword planner, expertise in A/B and other testing methods, an understanding of mobile search best practice, confident in presenting SEO recommendations and promoting SEO best practice, copywriting and reporting skills, excellent communication skills, basic understanding of paid search and able to deliver to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment. Experience of working in a regulated industry with a compliance function is preferred. Knowledge of financial services products is desirable but not essential. Please note that this could either be a remote or hybrid role.
