Their high performing team has experienced significant growth in recent years, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an industry leading team in a rapidly growing market. This role will give you exposure to every stage of the deal process, with the primary responsibility being the qualitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio companies and funds. You will shape the investment process from the offset, carrying out in-depth market analysis, research and due diligence on all prospective investments.

What the job involves
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of potential transactions
  • Conducting detailed due diligence and assisting with deal execution and transaction management
  • Financial modelling including company valuation analysis, private equity fund analysis and transaction structure modelling
  • Conducting desk research for marketing, deal sourcing and fundraising
  • Keeping up to date on portfolio performance, including forecasting, commentary, and putting together other investment information for internal monitoring purposes

Who we are looking for
  • Excellent financial modelling skills, developed through exposure to M&A and private equity
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and interest in the private equity secondaries market
  • Interested in quantitative analysis and detail orientated work
  • MBA qualification highly desirable
