What the job involves
- Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
- Assist the Partners, Directors and other senior members of the investment team across a number of private equity vehicles
- Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fundraising when required management.
Who we are looking for
- Exposure to growth capital and mid-market private equity as an investor or advisor
- Ability to lead deals with minimal supervision
- Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
- Top academics from a leading academic institution
- Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
