You will work closely with members from the wider IR, deals, finance and operations and legal teams on an international scale.

Due to its success and growing investor base, they are now looking to add an Investor Relations Analyst to its team in London. You will work closely with members from the wider IR, deals, finance and operations and legal teams on an international scale.
What the job involves
- Help develop marketing and due diligence materials such as private placement memorandums (PPM), pitchbooks, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
- Prepare requests for proposals, questionnaires, and data requests related to investor due diligence
- Assist team with monthly, quarterly, and year-end fund reporting as well as ad-hoc investor requests
- Build upon data and analytics framework to consume uniform and consistent data for investor onboarding and CRM systems
- Conduct market and competitor research
Who we are looking for
- Experience within investor relations, financial services, or other relevant experience
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
