The firm recognises that environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues can be an important driver of investment value and a source of investment risk. By identifying and assessing these issues as part of investment research, and by ensuring these issues are properly managed over the lifetime of investments, the firm can create value for its clients.
The Responsible Investing team plays an important and integral role in the business and in response to its continued growth, the firm is now looking to recruit a Manager / Associate Director to join the team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ESG professional to join a highly regarded team, working closely with the Head of Responsible Investment on the implementation of the ESG framework across all fund strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the establishment, monitoring and measurement of ESG KPIs and targets across specific fund strategies
  • Manage the Annual ESG Survey process, including analysing data and following up on responses
  • Support public and investor ESG reporting at corporate and fund level
  • Assist with compliance with ESG-related regulation and filings
  • Support the development of new ESG initiatives e.g. sustainable fund strategies
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Experience of working within the ESG / Sustainability team of a Private Equity, Asset Management or Consulting firm
  • Strong communication skills
