Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience of delivering Investment Book of Records related change
- Experience of InvestOne / FIS Investment Accounting Manager highly desirable
- Requirements Gathering (BRD/DRD, CR, RTM etc)
- Good solid documentation skills
- Comfortable with analysing data requirements and migrating or designing data solutions for transitions/outsourcing etc
- Interface between Business and Internal/External IT vendors
- Can lead technical meetings and workstreams with clients/stakeholders
- Comfortable with Process Design and Process Mapping and how to analyse AS:IS and TO:BE models to identify new business requirements
- Testing - Developing Test strategy, test planning, defect reporting on all the various test cycles
- Deployment and Implementation planning for software change working with IT
- Ability to cover for Project Manager and help develop planning on technical deliverables
- Can work with Agile or Waterfall approaches
- BA Qualifications would be a plus : ISEB/BCS/ITiL, Agile etc, something that shows commitment to BA domain
