About Schroders
We're a global investment manager. We help institutions, intermediaries and individuals around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future.

We have around 5,000 people on six continents. And we've been around for over 200 years, but keep adapting as society and technology changes. What doesn't change is our commitment to helping our clients, and society, prosper.

The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The Job
The Wealth business is an important strategic part of the Schroders Group and is a focused area of growth where we strongly believe the client comes first. Technology plays an important role in delivering our ambitious growth targets.

As an Agile Analyst, you will be part of an agile team that together covers the complete value chain of designing, developing and delivering innovation for our businesses. Working with our experienced and established engineers. You'll be someone who's ready to take on a new challenge, leading analysis efforts and forming a core part of our team to help shape our Wealth business for years to come. You optimise the change delivery for the team and how the software is rolled out, used, run, monitored and reported on.

We build our IT platform on commercial off-the-shelf solutions centred around the Temenos Transact banking package, complemented by internally developed software where it delivers a competitive advantage. Our development technology stack is polyglot, primarily Java, but with an increasing focus on adoption of the Azure platform and NET.

What you'll do
• Work with users, engineers, product owners and other stakeholders to deliver value
• Lead project initiation, data analysis, scoping, prototyping, testing, rollout tasks
• Working in tandem with team members to continually optimise the delivery

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
• Familiarity with wealth management operations, treasury, regulatory and finance processes and how they are best supported by leading banking systems like Temenos Transact
• Experience performing a business analysis role in an agile environment
• Sound knowledge of technology and financial services with a university degree in economics, business administration, computer science or a related degree
• Passionate about problem solving, budgeting, project, product, risk management and software engineering
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

We're looking for the best, whoever they are
Schroders is an equal opportunities employer. You're welcome here whatever your socio-economic background, race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious belief, age or disability.
