- Development of junior team members
- Expert on market/regulatory changes and European fund structures
- Help shape an evolving team
Experience required:
- Strategic, creative mindset with ability to generate new product ideas and obtain buy-in from senior stakeholders
- 7yrs+ Product development and project management experience within Asset Management
- Highly credible with gravitas, strong communication skills, able to influence at a senior level
- Expert of European Fund Structures, relevant regulations and ESG
