  • 'Run the bank' support for existing production processes set up in Alteryx, supporting both IFPR and CRR2 reporting output
  • Transition of existing Excel/EUCT based processes (with appropriate re-engineering where required) onto Alteryx or other digital tools
  • Support BAU process integration with ongoing 'change the bank' activity managed out of the dedicated change function (data architecture rebuild, reporting system change etc)

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and be able to work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.

In addition this team member will:
  • Focus on control environment and monitoring / driving process efficiency, including challenge of operating model
  • Assist with technical design documentation based on business functional and non-functional requirements
  • Support development of innovative analytics solutions (e.g. utilising Tableau/PowerBI)

Support alignment of priorities/activities through active engagement with key members of the Controllers change function

Requirements:
  • Banking industry experience & working knowledge of key regulatory reporting frameworks including COREP, IFPR/IFR, UK financial/statistical reporting, and US regulatory reporting
  • Strong track record of process transformation, including use of digital tools such as Alteryx & Tableau
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & Agile
