Business Analysis that will improve government products and services used by millions of people

We're looking for outstanding Business Analysts, who are motivated by the idea of shaping modern, secure, and simple digital services for the UK Government.

You'll help transform public services on an epic scale, with the potential to dramatically improve outcomes for millions of people.

You'll join our Data and Analytics team. We support DWP's operational, analytical, and reporting needs while striving to improve citizen outcomes and Data Security.

You bring expert BA insight and skills, across the product delivery lifecycle. You'll bring together business and technical needs, with the goal of defining solutions that deliver value,

You'll support and empower our agile, multidisciplinary teams, translating user needs into deliverables and defining MVPs.

We're delivering big change, so stakeholder management will be crucial as you win buy-in with D&A, DWP, and beyond.

Salary for this role is up to £43,193

What you'll need to be successful
  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst, including analysing and refining user and stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong interest in data and reporting
  • Experienced in using a wide range of analysis techniques to understand problems, identify improvements and make recommendations.
  • Identifying and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You've worked on changes end to end, from inception to delivery
