Currently I am working alongside a leading Logistics Platform, owned by a Top tier Private Equity fund. The firm have grown considerably across Europe over the last 2 years, both in the size of the firm and in their AUM.
Their core investment team is based in London, working on UK and European Investments. Over the last 12 months, I have helped to build this team and they have again retained me to assist with their latest search for a Junior Transaction Manager based in London. The role will focus on the disposal of assets in the UK and Europe (mainly logistics but includes other asset classes) on an individual and a portfolio basis.
The ideal Junior Transaction Manager will have:
1. 3-5 years of experience
2. Prior experience with a Buy-side or agency firm
3. Experience of working on investments and/or disposals
4. Pan-European deal experience
5. A real passion for Real Estate - ideally in industrial and logistics
6. A strong academic background
7. Fluency in a European language (Not essential)
If you are interested by an assignment working with a leading player in the logistics market, with a growing team on UK and European deals, please feel free to apply via the link.
