As a member of the Sales Enablement team within CRD Sales. We are looking for a candidate who will take initiative and be accountable to support the CRD Sales organization in achieving its Sales goals. You should be a self-starter with high energy and a willingness to roll your sleeves up to deliver on a variety of initiatives. You want to continuously learn and enjoy working with cross functional teams. You are skilled at looking at/manipulating data to produce management insights (including visuals in Excel and PowerPoint). You will have had experience in Sales or Consulting, can learn and adopt new technologies (such as Salesforce, PowerBI, JIRA, MSFT SharePoint, etc.). Ideally, you'd have 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or Sales.

The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for
As a member of Sales Enablement, you will:
  • Manage strategic initiatives within CRD Sales
  • Produce insights around Opportunity data via Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Support the Sales team by working with cross functional teams such as SaaS, Marketing, Legal, Product and Finance.
  • Support Sales Reps in specific engagements by assisting with TCO and business case preparation/analysis, executive presentations, POCs, etc.
  • Implement new processes to support new Product launches, new acquisitions and other strategic goals.


What we value
  • Self-starter with high energy - you can understand a task and take accountability to execute to completion, you are confident to ask questions when there's something you don't understand but aren't dependent on hand holding.
  • Strong knowledge or desire to learn Salesforce (Admin preferred), PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint (creating and managing visuals), JIRA, Visio and any other new systems/technologies which pop up.
  • Passion for using data to inform decisions and drive positive change within the organization.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in Sales or Management Consulting experience
  • Basic understanding of FinTech for Asset Managers
  • Knowledge of Sales process
