Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst (Hybrid) - ESG/Sustainability Projects - Multiple Positions - Banking & Financial Services
Venn Group are collaborating with well-established Financial Services firms throughout London to tackle an increasingly prioritised area for Financial Services firms: Projects and Change Management. Our team are recruiting for multiple long-term contract opportunities focused on driving forward change in a range of project work-streams.
Our clients, banks in the City of London, have a requirement to augment their PMO function and recruit multiple Junior Project Managers/Business Analysts who will assist them in adhering to contemporary Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements.
In these roles, candidates will be expected to conduct detailed impact assessments of the banks' internal finances, identifying and mitigating risks, focusing on creating a more sustainable and cost-efficient environment. They will work with stakeholders to elicit project planning requirements, provide routine updates and detailed reports, and manage multiple converging project delivery timelines regularly.
Candidates with exposure to Sustainability Projects, such as ESG initiatives focused on providing clients with more sustainable and environmentally friendly investment options, adapting banking policies to be more cost-effective and stringent with its budgets, and/or instances of delivering complex projects from end to end are invited to apply.
Those who join these firms will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of project-related initiatives, developing within the PMO function whilst simultaneously contributing towards the achievement of the banks' short- and long-term goals.
Projects are expected to range in length from 6-months to several-years; candidates who can demonstrate ~ 4-7 years' experience working in a BA/PM/PMO capacity, ideally working within banking, would be ideal applicants for these roles.
