We are working with a prominent asset management firm with a specialist focus on delivering flexible capital solutions to grow businesses, industries, and markets. As one of Europe's leading private debt manager with a growing institutional investor base, the team are looking to hire a highly technical Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate to support this growth and help navigate through an active and highly successfully fundraise. This is an entrepreneurial and innovative organisation that offers excellent growth prospects.
What the job involves
  • Executing highly analytical output to contribute to the development of fundraising and due diligence materials such as private placement memorandums, pitch books, investor presentations and due diligence questionnaires
  • Supporting complex, quantitative investor diligence requests as well as the pitching process for separately managed accounts
  • Helping with complex bespoke reporting requirements. Some output will include: fund projections analysis, carried interest modelling etc
  • Collaborating with senior management on projects and analytics that will contribute to future strategic decisions
  • Generating content for key investor-related events such as the AGM and LP Advisory Committee
Who we are looking for
  • Relevant experience in financial services - from a Big 4 accounting environment particularly desirable
  • Understanding of private markets strategies and fundraising processes
  • Self-starter who is organised and able to time manage effectively to work towards investor deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly collaborative, fosters a strong team-oriented approach
  • Trustworthy, adaptable, resilient and transparent
