Senior Associate/Associate - Product Strategy - Private Markets

The role entails the analysis and refining product strategy messaging, articulating points of differentiation, and consulting on new fund-set up and product development and provide upfront strategy and product positioning advice based off experience across multiple investment strategies and asset classes (Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, Real Assets etc).

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Assist where needed in the creation of marketing collateral cover notes, fact sheets, key marketing presentation, standard DDQ and PPM)
• Source information for inclusion in key marketing materials from multiple stake holders from across a large / global firm
• Dissect complex Excel documents and data to create simplified Excel track record information
• Create target investors lists through interactions with key sales professionals in multiple time zones and data aggregation from various databases
• Assist the team with creating a fundraising plan and drive outcomes through direct contact with sales professionals and investment teams
• Filter investor and sales professional feedback into constructive feedback provided to senior partners, investment professionals and broader client service professionals
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct

You will need:

• Strong product knowledge across private markets asset classes and strategies - ideally you will also have some exposure to real estate &/or infrastructure
• Strong Excel, data and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
