We're looking for three new BAs to join our community.

You will work as a Senior Business Analyst on Universal Credit, one of the highest profile digital transformation programmes in the world.

Universal Credit is replacing complex, inefficient systems with a simpler service that has user needs at its heart. We are focused on helping people into work, and supporting those who can't work.

What you'll need to be successful
  • Leading business analysis activities within complex projects/environments.
  • Using a wide range of tools and techniques to identify improvements and make recommendations.
  • Working collaboratively within an agile environment to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting colleagues to take responsibility for their own learning and development.
  • The sift panel will use the information in your employment history and personal statement to assess your experience, skills and knowledge against the essential criteria above.

You'll join us in your choice of our Leeds, London or Manchester digital hubs.

Pay for this role is up to £59,589
