- Lead the development, production, and optimization of the digital marketing campaigns in EMEA and the US, working with the head of marketing in region to develop a digital marketing strategy.
- Design, implement & optimise engaging and innovative customer experience programs, including emailing and social media, data management, content planning and sign-off processes, with support from the broader marketing team.
- Responsible for EMEA and US marketing campaigns through paid media and search to drive the best results for the business, including managing content and imagery
- Manage the marketing relationship with our selected digital agency.
- Implement and oversee social media accounts to build brand equity and support our business objectives, including managing content, imagery and reporting.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Paid Search, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.
- Collaborate with the website team to deliver a seamless on-site experience, aligning paid and organic programs as well create client centric campaign pages.
- Generate ad-hoc and monthly reporting in collaboration with our digital agency and internal CRM team.
- Liaise with digital marketing peers globally to develop reporting dashboards and KPI programs.
- In collaboration with the CRM team, look to mature the group's use of CRM and its integration with marketing automation systems.
- Be a proactive member of the EMEA and the US marketing team and contribute to the development and implementation of a number marketing projects.
Background & Experience
- A demonstrable track record of digital marketing within the asset management arena.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in working with a CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing an approach to always-on SEM, database marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience designing and implementing personalisation and testing programs.
- Experience in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Social).
- Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, desktop publishing, campaign management and reporting.
- The ability to develop actionable business opportunities from analysis of data.
- Experience with CMS systems and web management would also be highly regarded
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Agency management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of asset management industry preferred.
