We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our EMEA Talent & Development team. As a Talent & Development Advisor you will manage the region's central learning & development curriculums and also act as a Learning Consultant and Talent partner to our Commodities & Global Markets business, providing advisory and consultancy services on initiatives which support business activity.

To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about supporting the professional growth of people across the organisation at all levels.

You will have the following key responsibilities:
  • At least 2 years of experience administering the core learning curriculum, and reviewing future design, based on changing business needs
  • Working with the team coordinator to ensure delivery of the core orientation, personal effectiveness, wellbeing & inclusion, and leadership programmes in region
  • Carry out supplier governance activities with external L&D partners
  • Facilitation of internal orientation and manager effectiveness training
  • Partner with our People & Culture team on key talent initiatives, providing advice on training interventions, design and facilitation of bespoke sessions and staff survey follow up / action planning
  • Implement and drive Commodities and Global Markets technical training initiatives (e.g. early careers development)

To be successful in this role you will have experience:
  • Running curriculum of learning activities, and working with a diverse range of suppliers
  • As a Learning Consultant, providing consultancy to businesses to understand their learning needs and creating appropriate, practical solutions
  • Familiarity with current learning trends and experience in integrating the latest Learning thinking into client solutions
  • Analysing staff engagement survey data, drawing out themes, compiling business reports, and supporting the business to create action plans
  • Experience of data analysis, and utilising data as a decision-making tool
  • Communicating and marketing learning and development opportunities internally
  • Managing a diverse range of suppliers, managing relationships with suppliers, and relevant associated processes
  • Collaboration with Learning colleagues in other regions

You will enjoy working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and learning new platforms relevant to Talent and Learning e.g. Cornerstone.
