3rd Line Application Support Analyst

Tasks
  • Ensure the stability, performance and efficiency of complex systems that may not have a GUI
  • Engage with Development, QA and Product teams in bringing cases to resolution and providing a voice for our customers
  • Working directly with Customers and Solidsoft Reply internal teams to implement processes and technologies that support various technical and business functions
  • Take responsibility and ownership of assigned incidents and manage through to permanent resolution, communicating professionally to customers
  • Create technical documentation that can be referenced by peers as formal processes and procedures to follow while completing daily tasks

Qualifications
  • Computer Science/IT based degree required
  • Extensive Microsoft Azure experience required
  • Significant understanding of PowerShell, Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Packer ARM, CF)
  • Significant understanding of monitoring Application Insights and Grafana
  • Knowledge of Querying Data Sources (E.g. Microsoft Azure Application Insights, Cosmos DB, SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of working within a Support & Operations function supporting custom applications
