Role: Senior FP&A Analyst || Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into FP&A from a core finance / reporting role. You will cover performance reporting for the business and provide insightful analysis to the CFO and the Board. Other areas of responsibility include financial planning and process improvement.
A reporting background is well suited to this role as you will be providing information to senior stakeholders within finance who will expect you to understand the numbers and stand up to scrutiny.
You will be expected to bring the numbers to life by providing commentary on movements in performance while providing effective financial planning to support future strategic goals.
Previous Financial Services sector experience is beneficial but not essential to the role and the relevant candidate will likely have an accounting qualification or equivalent experience of 4 - 6 years.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Deliver financial planning and analysis for the Group
- Provide insight through management reporting outlining business performance and areas for improvement
- Deliver forecasting and re-forecasting
- Deliver Annual Budget process
