Job Purpose Statement

Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are....

In this position you will be accountable to perform daily activities to coordinate institutional client facing processes such as on boarding and termination events. Gather data from multiple sources and across various internal and external business teams, evaluate and determine if the data is accurate, and then produce the final deliverable such as a successfully client report package. You will also be accountable for issue identification, root cause analysis and recommending and executing viable solutions and perform business analysis on initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time....

• Perform assigned daily and periodic processes in accordance with established standard operating procedures and policies. Gather, review and accurately perform assigned responsibilities meeting or exceeding established timelines, accuracy levels and other service level goals.
• Provide coordination across various business and operations teams to ensure alignment and readiness for periodic investor reporting and initiatives.
• Complete retention of records, work and other information, following established procedures and policies.

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have....

• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in asset management and/or wealth management
• Knowledge of security attributes crossing several asset types and accounting concepts
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, reach conclusions, and take action within a dynamic and active environment with little advanced notice.
• Knowledge of investment operations and processes with ability to conduct process improvement efforts.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance managing multiple priorities, tasks, projects and processes
• Demonstrated intermediate to advance proficiency in Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
