My client, a well-known Investment Bank, are looking to bring on-board an experienced Regulatory Project Manager for provide subject Matter Expertise and Project Management for Operations Office Projects.

Key responsibilities:
- Create and deliver project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ability to interact with senior management, create Steering Committee level decks, manage Working Groups, have the foresight and presence to escalate issues at the appropriate level and garner appropriate level of support from senior management
- Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
- Competent in managing to established project methodology and best practice.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
- Works closely with relevant business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
- Understands project budgeting; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Submits project status reports to stakeholders; coordinates and provides updates to steering committees; anticipates and reacts to change.
- Executing vendor selection process and managing third party vendor relationships (where appropriate).
Must haves:
- Significant experience proven track record delivering projects to financial institutions within time and budget.
- Knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives or Credit Derivatives or Security Based Swaps.
- Strong academics and relevant qualifications/accreditation's e.g. Prince2, PMI - desirable, but not required
- Business Analyst experience, covering Business Process Change and driving Business solutions
