Senior Fund Controller

This role is suited to a qualified accountant with 5 years plus of relevant experience within the Real Estate investment sector.

You will work closely with the Head of Fund Finance in the UK to manage 3 Real Estate investment portfolios across Europe.

The role is extremely broad and covers:

• Review of work produced by local teams, 3rd party providers and consolidation accounting teams
• Prepare consolidated management accounts, cash flow statements and analysis and support with performance reporting and distributions
• Annual budgeting
• Support new fund set up and acquisitions & disposals
• Tax

This role focuses on Real Estate funds but the business are open to seeing candidates from other fund backgrounds too.

It is important to note that the business are looking to bring somebody in as soon as possible so will only consider candidates with a maximum of 1 month notice period.
