Job Purpose Statement

We are looking for an RFP writer, with a primary focus on consultant database updates, standard RFP maintenance and other data-related tasks supporting the RFP team. In addition, you will have responsibility for RFIs, DDQs, and surveys as needed.

Role Responsibilities

  • Consultant database maintenance
  • Standard RFP process management
  • RFP team regular data updates - personnel etc.
  • Adhoc data projects and DDQs / RFI request

Key Capabilities

3-5 years' experience within an asset management group, ideally in RFP.
Experience working with the eVestment (OMNI) platform and consultant databases.

Familiarity with a broad range of asset classes and investment strategies.
No formal subject matter expertise or qualifications required, other than a genuine interest in the asset management industry and a desire to learn more about BMO and our product range.
Educated to degree level.
Languages other than English beneficial.

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (both essential), Powerpoint (bonus). Excel: comfortable working with and manipulating large data sets.
Excellent written English, with the ability to proof-read, improve language and tailor responses as needed.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with internal teams and building strong working relationships across the business.
Exceptional project management and time management skills, comfortable managing a varied, deadline-driven workload.
Team player with a positive attitude a strong work ethic.
