Manage the Presentations and Design functions. Support RFP team projects and provide practical support to Head of RFP and input to the London RFP team. Accountable for the effective management and distribution of data internally and externally.

Role Accountabilities:
  • Provide practical support to Head of RFP and the London RFP team and assist with quality control to support new business activity and processes
  • Manage resourcing and workload across Data/Databases, Presentations and Design, ensuring processes operate effectively.
  • Organise management information and lead on identifying and escalating issues.
  • Maintain vendor relationships across marketing services, taking responsibility for vendor management and cost management versus budget and coordinate with Pune team as required to ensure stability of this support.
  • Responsibility for ensuring data integrity and supply to stakeholders and consultant databases including production of management information across all teams
  • Ensure that the design team contribute effectively to brand and creative projects across the marketing department
  • Progress priority projects encouraging input from team members eg PMAPS upgrade, RFI outsourcing.
  • Coordinate with compliance and legal to manage regulatory updates across marketing coordinating with the marketing management team.
  • Participate in product technical change projects, related client communications. Attend APRs/confirming the checks on objectives, benchmarks and targets across the team to ensure communications are consistent with legals, paying particular attention to ESG strategies. Provide project support and deliver ad hoc tasks as directed by the Head of Marketing Collaborate effectively with marketing management and senior individuals within teams across the company. Communicate effectively when working within multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge, skills, and behaviours:

  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong knowledge of RFP, Presentations and Design team production and content
  • Technical knowledge from experience related to GIPS performance, AUM production, Consultant Databases
  • Understanding of product change process with the ability to lead the comms and implement changes across marketing
  • Understanding of compliance and disclosure rules with knowledge and appreciation for the impact changes in rules can have across all materials, including an ability to debate the content and application of disclosures in marketing materials for all relevant audiences. Ability to coordinate roll out of new or changed disclosures across marketing
  • Ability to manage medium and large-scale projects to deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate within and outside distribution in cross functional/firm wide projects Negotiating skills, issue escalation and conflict resolution
