The Role:

M&G are recruiting a Project Management Co-Ordinator role within the Data & Reporting Services (DRS) Investment Operations Change Portfolio. The role will co-ordinate across a new team of circa 10 FTE dedicated to and responsible for the impact assessment, business requirements, build, testing and implementation of Client Reporting Requirements driven by New Client Mandates, Existing Client Change and internally driven Product Change. The role is to join the new team supporting the delivery of Onboarding. The successful candidate will be a permanent member of the team.

The successful candidate will have experience of Project Management and Change Management within Banking Operations, Asset Management and/or the Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:

The individual will be;
  • A self-starter, with strong lateral thought, excellent analytical skills, curiosity and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
  • Accountable for managing and motivating others to ensure quality of delivery to customers and stakeholders
  • Able to apply judgement to deliver outcomes, evaluating a range of potential solutions, considering the impact for customers, cost and risk
  • An experienced and successful manager and facilitator of conflicts that may impact delivery
  • Able to challenge upwards, given knowledge of delivery and awareness of complex systems and the broader picture
  • A champion of efficiency, identifying and anticipating the need for changes to continuously improve quality and efficiency of output
  • A skilled people manager, able to effectively manage and lead teams to deliver against deadlines.
  • Aware of risk management, using expert judgment, know-how and experience
  • The individual should be a self-starter, with strong lateral thought
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Curiosity and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
