Finance Manager

My client is an AIM listed tech company and they are looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will report to the CFO and will play a key role in improving and building the finance processes that will underpin the company growth moving forwards. This Finance Manager position is extremely broad offering excellent commercial exposure.

The Finance Manager will take ownership of the core monthly financial processes, budgeting, forecasting and the provision of insightful financial analysis as well as support the CFO with commercial & strategic projects. This individual will also partner with various internal stake holders to drive performance and investment decision. In addition, as and when there is M&A activity, this individual will support the acquisition process alongside the CFO.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 2-3 years post-qualified experience to join a super high growth business and progress their career quickly. The CFO is looking for someone with the core technical skills to do the role but with the commercial acumen and ambition to support with with the strategic side of things.
