Morgan McKinley's team are recruiting for a Permanent Online Email Marketing Executive to work with our client based in Brighton. The main purpose is to support, write, build and deliver retention and engagement email communications.
Salary: up to £33,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To deliver email plan - 4 email newsletters, 2 solus emails, Lead generation (mid funnel) and service emails.
- Create, write, build email campaigns that are on time and on brief.
- Ensure that end to end member journey is simple and succinct working closely with Head of Digital Product and Partnership Manager
- To report on email channel and look for area to continuously improve.
- To support Digital Marketing Exec to deliver against optimization of Marketing 365 with trigger journeys and event triggered emails communications.
- To support delivering long-term marketing plans and strategies
- Testing various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
- Using HTML/CSS markup language to create robust emails for correct rendering across all email clients, both desktop and mobile.
- Adhering to email marketing best practices and self-initiating training to ensure expertise in the channel is kept up to date.
- To support delivery of partnership ads for offline bi-monthly magazine support with marketing materials including leaflets, banners, flyers.
- Support brand strategy and delivery of new digital, print based items and onsite content.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- High level of HTML/CSS markup language knowledge
- Proven multiple campaign management skills and copy writing skills
- Experience in managing or maintaining marketing plans
- Campaign management of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and post campaign analysis
- Graduate qualification, and/or CIM/IDM marketing qualification
- Wide knowledge and experience that covers the full marketing mix.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns both online and offline.
- Experience of building email communications using ESP (Microsoft Marketing 365 or similar) Drag and Drop
- Experience in using Microsoft Office/PowerPoint/excel/Power BI
