Role Description & Responsibilities
- Portfolio Managers will be involved in day to day activity in cash rebalancing, tactical asset allocation design and implementation, risk & performance monitoring.
- You be involved in vehicle selection responsibility on portfolios, with regular oversight and engagement with managers as required.
- Proposing new strategies that enhance investment outcomes or portfolio's risk-profile in line with client investment objectives.
- Collaboration with the broader team to enhance processes and promote greater integration and the continued development of the investment process.
- Contribute to the overall strategy for growing AUM by actively participating in sales & marketing through regular investment updates and communication to clients and reporting as required. Provide marketing support, presentations, advisors engagement, etc.
Skills & Qualifications
- Portfolio management experience with cross asset experience
- Client facing experience and communication skills
- Options markets analysis
- Statistics
- Microsoft Office
- CFA Charterholder
- Financial Software (Eikon, Morningstar, Aladdin)
- VBA and/or Python skills (desired)
- ESG certification (desired)
- Understanding of quantitative investment research and portfolio management
- Experience in a variety of multi-asset instruments and markets
- Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to remain focused across a broad range of activities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with evidence of ability to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible, responsive, and self-starting personality
