What will you be doing?

We are looking for a talented individual to deliver process and technology changes across FS Platforms. The primary role will involve analysis, requirements gathering, development of epics and user stories, solution design, functional testing, UAT execution and co-ordination, and business readiness including training. The analyst will mobilise cross-functional teams in order to articulate and clearly define the objectives, user stories and the critical success factors of any changes. Based on this understanding, the business analyst will be responsible for designing and clearly documenting the solution, covering where applicable, any required process changes, application functionality, usability and logical data structures. The business analyst will need to work closely with in-house and third-party developers to deliver the solution.

The role will report to Product Manager or BA Lead, and will involve hybrid working.

As a Business Analyst, some of your responsibilities will be to:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define scope and requirements in the form of epics and user stories
  • Prepare test approach, scripts and acceptance criteria in support of initiatives in delivery where applicable, adhere to TSW quality standards completing the relevant documents and templates including the updating of Jira
  • Document clear, traceable and testable requirements and functional design specifications, ensure all impacted stakeholders sign off on requirements and testing, deliver user training in relation to solutions delivered and in support of requirements across FS Platforms
  • Work with developers (internal and third-party) to ensure that the requirements are well understood and delivered in accordance with the relevant specification/s, own and manage the integrity of the functional solution being delivered, support stakeholders through the different phases of the project life cycle
  • Assist the testing team in the definition of functional test conditions and expected results, organise & facilitate UAT planning and execution, business support during the post implementation warranty period including the analysis of possible regression in live.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Used recognised business analysis and project management techniques and methodologies.
  • Precious experience as a Business Analyst working on a range of projects during: Analysis & Design, System & Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Application Implementation
  • ISEB (or equivalent) qualification
