Duties and Responsibilities - "Your Role"

• The Debtdomain team is seeking to augment its Application Support capacity with a candidate whose analytical nature serves as the foundation for being an excellent problem solver
• This is a technical role that requires deep knowledge of SQL to both troubleshoot reported software problems, as well as design creative solutions to custom report requests
• You will be joining an experienced, global team and contribute to the quality and reliability of our platform

Job Requirements - "About You"

• University graduate or equivalent - with a solid desire to work in technology
• SQL Server experience required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Prior experience in an application support role is desirable
• Demonstrated deductive, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Confident, articulate and a fast learner
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Open-minded, flexible, and able to adapt to changing situations
