The Position

The Product Marketing Analyst will be a member of Wellington's Global Marketing EMEA team, working closely with both the product marketing team and the channel marketing team. The successful individual will assist with product messaging, operational projects and the overall management of fund collateral and content. They will also provide support for our channel marketing initiatives including working on initiatives related to investment content, digital, social media, and PR. This role provides the opportunity to learn about multiple aspects of marketing in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, have strong relationship skills, and be able to work independently.


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist Product Marketing Managers and Product Marketing Specialists in formulating product messaging and content for both UCITS and non-UCITS focus funds, and for dedicated fund campaigns.
• Project management of collateral for both UCITS and non-UCITS funds within EMEA.
• Marketing materials tracking, maintaining information on current availability of toolkit items and usership.
• Developing analysis of competitor fund collateral to identify features of differentiation, awareness of market trends to help formulate the 'marketing story' for each fund.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of fund content to the Relationship team and the Digital Marketing team for fund launches and fund campaigns.
• Helping the Product Marketing team to improve the content, appearance and commercial appeal of our existing marketing collateral.
• Provide support for the creation of product campaigns (webpage, thought leadership, email, video, content, brochureware).
• Update toolkits and websites with regulatory specific requirements.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Relevant experience in a Marketing, Sales, Product or Client Services role.
• Experience in the creation of fund promotional materials.
• Working knowledge of UCITS and local fund ranges marketing rules in Europe.
• Working knowledge of retail marketing and fund categories in EMEA databases such as Morningstar, Lipper, FE, Citywire, and the IA sectors in the UK.
• Intellectual curiosity and investment acumen.
• Multiple language speaker a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
• Effective communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, and written.
• Passion for working in a creative and collaborative environment.
