Ledger is well funded rapidly growing business and our M&A function is at the heart of our mission to continue to diversify our business model. In this context of strong growth, LEDGER is looking to grow the strategy team so we are looking for a Strategy Manager to join Mike Louzado's team.

The strategy manager  will work with the VP of Strategy & M&A and rest of the executive team to identify the highest priority strategic questions for the business, collecting and analysing internal and external data, identifying optimum solutions and working with business leaders to initiate execution.

Responsibilities
    • Identify, prioritise, structure and lead strategic projects, including group and business unit strategies.
    • Work with the M&A team to develop the acquisition or divestment pipeline Take overall responsibility for projects, including a thought leadership role in problem solving and developing recommendations.
    • Synthesize inputs to create high quality and concise deliverables, including reports, financial models, presentations, and other outputs to document and communicate findings to the executive c ommittee.
    • Support finance on key strategic initiatives including Board strategy materials, investor materials, strategic planning, portfolio reviews
    • Plays a critical role in executing complex analytical and problem-solving modules on an individual basis.
    • Recruit and manage a high quality team which is headed by Michael Louzado
    • Track the latest developments in the crypto ecosystem to keep Ledger ahead of evolving market demands.
What we're looking for
    • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
    • Clear written and verbal communication of coherent analytical output to identify trends, develop key insights and required decisions for senior management
    • Personal initiative, excellent judgment, and the ambition to independently identify and resolve Ledger's most important strategic issues
    • Curiosity to learn about new technologies and industry trends.
    • Familiarity with best practice strategic analysis methodology
    • Ability to influence, advise and push back on executives
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to analyze and synthesize, problem solving.
    • Fluent English
