It is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Analyst/Associate to join the team in London and contribute to all aspects of the business..

What the job involves
  • Provide support for the structuring, due diligence and negotiation of new investments
  • Drafting of investment memorandum and financial model
  • Assist in the execution of transactions, both acquisitions and divestitures
  • Monitor existing investments and provide periodic updates
  • Portfolio responsibilities with the support of senior colleagues

Who we are looking for
  • Transactional experience likely from consulting, corporate finance, transaction services or possibly a junior role in a private equity fund
  • Strong academics with excellent technical, commercial and financial modelling skills - high levels of numeracy, and be capable of examining a P&L and Balance Sheets
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills and an ability to thrive in a small team environment. Able to learn quickly and engage with external parties confidently
  • European language skills, in particular French, are advantageous
