Our client is a specialist manager in real assets, private debt, credit and equity with a multi-billion portfolio under management. This role will be sitting within a sub team of their Real Estate platform with capital commitments in excess of €1 billion and additional fund raising underway. A highly capable Associate Director is sought to take responsibility for transaction execution workstreams.

Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinating transaction execution workstreams and ensuring they are completed diligently and on time.
- Structuring investments with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Managing the due diligence process.
- Coordinating with various internal teams (including legal, finance, and asset management) to conclude transactions and liaising with local teams across Europe.
- Managing third party advisors.
- Overseeing the team's analysts in their financial modelling and preparation of IC papers.
Role Requirements:
- Demonstrable professional experience in real estate investment managing acquisition and disposal transactions.
- Strong knowledge & experience in analysing and modelling complex deals and financial structures.
- Experience coordinating internal and external DD teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g., finance, real estate, business.
- Strong communication skill- confident working with colleagues at all seniority levels.
- Experience in European markets.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and commercial.
