- 5+ years of experience working in a Business Development role within a buy side financial institution, ideally a hedge fund, Prime Brokerage or Investment Bank.
- Experience identifying, recruiting and onboarding successful Equity Long/Short, Macro and Systematic Portfolio Managers/Management teams.
- Deep network within the UK hedge fund industry.
- Management of ongoing hiring processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior level decision makers, using a highly consultative sales process
- Management of key accounts, understanding clients' ongoing objectives and delivering revenue
